Its construction is cluster-built, six to a building. Common areas are on the entry level with bedroom upstairs. Three bedroom units have all bath ensuite: Third bedroom is usually open on one side to the living room below, but some are not open. Three bedroom units have double-high ceilings in the living room and are on the ends of the buildings and have the best views, ladder lofts are carved out of attic space above the bedroom level. The Prospector Condominiums are located at the foot of Bald Mountain, the entrance to the complex is about one block from the lifts. The Prospector Condominiums stretch approximately one block more away from the lifts. Warm Springs Creek runs through the complex for about a quarter of a mile.
